Sherwood Christian Academy is pleased to announce Brody Brown and Aeron Styron as its valedictorian and salutatorian respectively for the class of 2026.
Valedictorian Brody Brown is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom and Renae Brown of Albany. He has attended SCA for 13 years and attends Sherwood Baptist Church. Some of his achievements include being an honor graduate, headmaster scholar, and a member of the National Honor Society. Brody was named the 2025-2026 STAR Student and awarded the Georgia Certificate of Merit. He was editor of the SCA Yearbook Staff, school marketing intern, and student body vice president. He is a member of the Flint Community Bank Junior Board. Brody plans to attend Liberty University and double major in marketing and graphic design.
Salutatorian Aeron Styron is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce and Sonia Styron of Albany. She has attended SCA for five years and is a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church. Some of her achievements include being an honor graduate, headmaster scholar, and a member of the National Honor Society. She was awarded the Georgia Certificate of Merit and received the DAR award. Aeron plans to attend Augusta University with the Zell Miller scholarship providing full tuition. She plans to major in radiation therapy.
Sherwood Christian Academy will hold its 37th commencement exercises for the class of 2026 at Sherwood Baptist Church on Friday, May 15, at 7 p.m. SCA Headmaster and father of a graduate, Mr. Kenny Roberts, will deliver the commencement address to the graduates.
