Sherwood Christian senior Alex Harris surpassed the 1,500 career points mark Saturday night with a three-pointer that tied the game against New Creation after the Eagles had been down by 12 points. He is the son of Scott and Julie Harris.
Harris is All-State in basketball and baseball, as well as one of the school’s top golfers.
“He is a great kid to coach,” said Sherwood Christian Athletic Director and baseball coach Jay Flynt, “He is always a great teammate and player.”
